Worst Hotel stay of my life.

The elevator looked like it had never once been cleaned. There was a half eaten nutrigrain bar laying in the hallway. The window was completely taken off and set on the ground propped up against the wall. The shower was dirty, there was wadded up toilet paper behind the toilet, the sink was broken, the room reeked of cigarettes, and there were multiple dead bugs. The room overall was just disgusting. Checkout was at 11 but we were woken up at 9:45 by a man banging on our door. The same thing happened to our friend in another room and when he didn’t answer the door the guy just walked right into his room and asked him if he was staying another night. I have never smelled so many horrible different smells than walking through the hallway to our room. We put our leftover food in the fridge and when we woke up this morning nasty brown water had leaked all over the box. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t stay here!

The hotel was not maintained well. The hallways stunk - the tv did not work. It’s understaffed so could not get assistance. They would not move us to a different room and said no one could help us u til the GM got in Monday! We left without staying the night but was told they could not refund us.

When i check in the clerk inform me that elevator wasn't working. 2. Made to room the linens was dirty. 3. There was no remote to tv. 4. Had go get clean sheet and girl handed 3 different remote and pack batteries. I woke up and there was roaches crawling around. Finally event i was leaving the hotel and they didn't have clerk at the window. So i left my key card so they know chekout. Some guy walk on thought he was already staying at the hotel. So o decided check to see if ly key card was still at window the fiy took my card and went through the door. I call the hotel immediately to inform them of the situation. The girl answered she told me she wasn't on the property but ahe appeared. She claim she was calling cop and said the cop eas pulling up. But when i left on ly uber we road around the property and there was cop. . I am not sure if the guy went in my room or roaming the property.. i felt like they didn't take the seriously.. i will never stay here again.. Mot trying bring roaches to my residence

Upon arrival I stood at the window waiting to check in. The young lady at the counter seemed busy for the first few minutes that I was standing there, so I waited patiently until she was finished doing whatever it was that was keeping her from greeting me or even acknowledging my presence. Once she was finished she sat down at the computer and picked up her phone and continued to ignore me for several minutes while she smiled and typed away on her phone. When I eventually spoke up, she seemed unenthused that I was there, putting her phone down as if she was bothered that interrupted her social media time. She barely said two words while Checking me in and giving me my keycard. She also failed to mention the elevator was broken, instead i stood there until one of the other guests told me. Taking the stairs to the third floor I was greeted with a cockroach infested room. During my stay I saw probably two dozen live ones, about half of those were baby roaches so probably a bad infestation, and over a dozen dead ones. There were dead roaches in every corner, under the bed, in and under the sink, around the bathroom…they were all over. The refrigerator occasionally buzzed so loud the next room could probably hear it.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Shower was clean, water was hot. Heater/AC unit worked good. Staff was nice and helpful. The only issue we had was a pests issue. I went and got my own spray and just sprayed. Cleared it up for the nights we stayed. No big deal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Upset

It was actually terrible. For one thing the elevators were broke meaning I had to take 3 flight of stairs which isn't a big deal except for the door closest to my room the handle is broken so you either had to put the rug where the door wouldn't shut or go in through the other door at the other end. I saw a few bugs one came out of the microwave after I cooked my phone so I threw it away. I stepped in dog crap 2 days in a row and the second day it was on both shoes bc instead of guests walking their dogs to the dog park they let them crap all out by the sidewalk where guests are parked including my truck and it's everywhere. I'm very very upset. And they have no breakfast or drinks nothing. 1 roll of toilet paper.
