We checked in to the hotel and had a terrible odor at the front desk. When we got to our room it was so run down, didnt have a deadbolt that worked, room next door had door broken in, smelt weed being smoked. Went down immediatley and got a refund

Our heater in the room didn't work. There was a stink bug on the bathroom ceiling and another smashed above the mirror in the hallway. Also pulled back the sheets to find a dead cockroach. Terrible stay.

Check out 1 day early at 9 something in moring they kept the extra money for the room plus the 75 damaged deposit tryed calling for over 5 days and no one ever answer phone plus we killed 2 roaches in room

In this one I didn’t stayed. As soon as I open the door cockroach star running everywhere. Staff knew about it and the guy just said “I know what do you want me to do”. Thanks to hotel. Com I was able to recover my money. Nasty very Nasty hotel. And by error I went to another room and my key opened the door, so it means any key can open any room.

People checking in did not seem interested in me as a person, were holding a conversation amongst themselves (in another language) while checking me in. Bathtub was dirty and bed was terrible. TV would not switch channels or lower volume.
