Best hotel near KEF airport
Comfortable bed, great breakfast (in private), in-room mac desktop with sonos sound system. All decoration mostly branded VERSACE. Rooms size are comfortable (not very big/ not too small) location very close to KEF airport. Some restaurants nearby. Staffs service depend on individual. The person I checked-in with was very friendly and helpful. The evening-shift lady was a complete contrast. Could be better by staff training and systemizing staff service.

Luxury Hotel in Iceland
We enjoyed the room very much. It was disappointing there was no room service for food and the restaurant was closed. We didn't know when we booked there was only 1 restaurant so we had to find a place to eat which was difficult. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Odd Experience
This was one of the weirdest hotel experiences of my life. The rooms are 5 star and the hotel is 2. Someone put gorgeous accommodations on top of a very mediocre hotel. The rooms are very expensive and worth it, but the service reflects the 2.5 star hotel. If room is all you want, go for it. If you want 5 star experience, try another place.

Beautiful hotel and great service
The Diamond Suites was beautiful. Our room and the "Suite" floor was amazing. The breakfast service was fantastic. The town was pretty quiet but had everything we needed for our first days off of an international flight. It was really close to the Blue Lagoon so it made it very convenient for us. We loved our stay!

Amazing - really, just amazing. The suite was one of the best I have ever stayed at....staff most accommodating. Perfect hotel if you have a car..... Restaurant was OUT OF THIS world good!
