Check-in was very rushed, almost as if we were a nuisance. No information given and not welcome at all. The keycard to enter the room did not work and therefore only those with a special pass could open the door. Instead of assigning us a different room, for 3 days each time we had to wait until the receptionist was free to enter the room and ask if she could open the door: how uncomfortable! They said they would fix the problem but after 3 days nothing was done. Even one day we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they didn't know who had the key to open the door.
For breakfast, if you arrive before 8.15 am, you probably won't find half of the buffet because the breakfast staff hasn’t fixed everything yet. If, on the other hand, you arrive after 8.30am many things will be finished and therefore not replaced.
In the room the fridge initially did not work, the power socket was unplugged and hidden behind the furniture. Once switched on it was very noisy and froze everything. Coffee machine practically not working, reported on the first day and never replaced or repaired. Room cleanliness not up to the standard of a best western. Creaky room floor, stained lamps, stained bathtub.
The outdoor swimming pool is only open seasonally but this information is not specified on Expedia, the hot tub should be open all year round, instead was not. Washing machines and dryers dirty and in a very bad condition. Very unsatisfied!
