Riverside Inn

The hotel was dated but had some updates. The clerk that booked us into the room was pleasant enough but told us the upper floor we requested wasn’t available. The clerk explained that upper floors weren’t available due to hot water issues. The clerk said she put us by ourselves in a corner unit. We thought it was strange that the room was an adjoining room but there didn’t appear to be anyone next door. At 1:30 am wee

Everything but the extremely firm bed was terrific. We will go back but take ibuprofen.

Nice getaway during covid Valentine weekend. River view, gas fireplace put out a lot of heat. Riverview and river sounds really made this a great room. Bed needs update but not horrible. No microwave. We would stay again. I like good towels, half of their towels were soft, other half were like motel six sandpaper towels. Service was good, breakfast tray was available for lobby pick-up, covid safe.

Upon arriving we were very surprised to see how well this hotel was,definitely a lot better than the website shows. The staff was more than welcoming and accommodated us since our reservations were messed up and the staff was more than willing to correct it and upgrade us to a wonderful night stay. We were definitely satisfied and will definitely be checking into this hotel more often.

I was in town for medical appointment and needed a safe, clean and comfortable place to spend the night. The Riverside Inn certainly filled and exceeded these needs beautifully. I will certainly stay here again and will give them excellent recommendation.

The room was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. The beds were comfortable and even with COVID they offered breakfast. Upon check in you fill out the paper and return before 9PM the evening before and you select your time when to pick up your food in the AM. Loved the view from the room of the river

Rooms are excellent and very comfortable. River view was great from the room balcony. Staffs are great and very friendly & helpful. I would like to visit this place again.

Customer service was great, room was very clean, great room. Our only complaint the bed was not comfortable at all. New mattresses & this place would be amazing.
