great hotel, huge rooms, spotlessly clean, very friendly desk staff

Nice quiet neighborhood and yet close to everything

We travelled to Berlin for the marathon and stayed 3 nights. The location was perfect as it's very close to the start and finish of the marathon. There is also a train station very close making it easy to navigate around the city. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Two very happy runners!!!

This is a single-owner operated hotel in a very central and interesting neighborhood of Berlin. Staff is awesome. Rooms are nice. Would stay again.

Very pleased with hotel, location, helpful and friendly staff. There was street construction in front of the hotel. Might want to check on progress.

Although concierge service was excellent, other service hotel service areas like WiFi access and reception hours (i.e., late check-in) have to be improved.

It can be better for reception

Flottwell was perfect for our family visit to Berlin. Really clean, good facilities, peaceful, friendly and helpful staff, near the metro in a residential area

Location was excellent as it was a located beside an U Bahn station and a great park with lots of space and amenities for families. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a real gem. There is a small kitchen in the room with all you may need for a long stay. Rooms are perfectly clean and quiet spacious . Staff is very polite and helpful. There is a minimarket only 2 min walk. Really easy access to the city center. Metrostation in 3 min walk and it takes you 10 min to get to the centre.
