Medina Gardens - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Convenient location to explore Marrakech. The hotel and grounds are a little oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Plenty of space in the grounds for sunbathing and a choice of pools to cool off. The staff are attentive, friendly people always with a smile on their faces. The food is varied, tasty and fresh whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The a la carte restaurant provides a change from the buffet. The last couple of days of our stay were a bit weird as the COVID-19 measures were being introduced but the calm, smiling demeanour of the staff kept our spirits up. We sincerely hope that the staff cope with the current uncertain situation. We would definitely return.

Much better than expected, we stayed 5 days/4 nights and had an amazing time. The food is actually very good and there's a lot of selection for every meal. The staff are also really helpful, especially the dining staff. The gardens are pool are also beautfiul, although the main pool was a bit cold when we were there in February. Overall we were very satisfied - for the value, I dont know how you would beat this place, would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great - an oasis of calm with good food and friendly staff. Be warned though - if you book through Hotels.com you are allocated the worst rooms in the hotel. A standard double has no balcony/patio !

Lovely 4 star hotel, room very spacious and recently renovated. Serous lack of management presence for staff, from being rude and refusing to get a coffee not giving table service. Reception was rude on numerous occasions and also tried to overcharge for the return taxi to the airport. Nearly food options not available for most meals as only processed meat available

We had a great experience from start to finish. Nice and relaxing hotel with excellent facilities and food. We weren’t part of the Tui groups arriving but we were treated just the same by the excellent Rosa. For breakfast there are so many options and we enjoyed the cooked omelette. The chef manning the egg station was so friendly and had incredible patience when dealing with every egg request imaginable. We enjoyed some coffees and tea in the bar with Mr Bentatou. He made us so welcome and was a pleasure to chat with. He gave us lots of advice on surrounding areas and where to go. Lunch and dinner options were plentiful and after 7 days we didn’t tire of the menu. We also ate a lot of Moroccan dishes. The gym is in great condition with good equipment. We did the city bus tour that stops 2 mins from hotel and is hop on hop off 48 hour. Medina is about 10min walk away right to the centre. Just learn how to say non merci very loudly to nearly everyone unless you want to haggle and buy something. A special thanks to all the staff and especially the cleaners. Everyone had a friendly smile and were welcoming and no issue was too big. A great place for a relaxing break. Adding some photos of the Shisha bar and a cooking course on beef tagine in the hotel.

Medina gardens has a great location,right in the centre of Marrakech.As soon as you go through the entrance gates you just get that WOW feeling.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk out and explore the Medina and then return to this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities excellent. We enjoyed the food. There was a huge variety and high quality.
