The room that was given to me was FILTHY!! The floors look like they had never been cleaned, the bed had many stains on it and the smell was putrid! I even saw a couple of roaches in the room. I didn’t even stay at the room for the night. I walked in, saw how it looked and left immediately. I returned the key to the front desk worker who also had a terrible attitude as if he did not want to do his job. i asked him about the process of a refund, he said id have to call Hotel.com. i just left the key and booked another hotel out of frustration. the entire experience was awful!
