Check-in was a mess. We arrived at 3:00 PM as instructed, and the keypad wouldn’t open. When we called, we were told they were “running behind” and someone would bring the key shortly. After 15 minutes with no update, we called the emergency line—no answer. When we finally reached someone again, we politely asked for an ETA, and she hung up on us after saying they were “doing their best.” After that, every call went straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional and not how the service industry should operate.
The communal areas were not clean, though the apartment itself was fine. The flooring is coming up in multiple places. They also claim there’s reception at the neighbouring Quarters House - there isn’t. Overall, very poor service and misleading information.
