My husband and I stayed at Taksu Sanur for 12 nights. The hotel is in the quieter end of Sanur, much nicer than the overcrowded Northern part, with lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, convenience stores, spas etc within walking distance. Nice pool and outdoor area, comfy bed, beautiful buffet breakfasts. The highlight of our trip were the staff at Taksu. All so friendly, warm and welcoming, they really made us feel at home and relaxed. Terimah Kasih Antari, Astika,Sri, Lisa,Ita, Wirada, Desi, Ati and all the fantastic staff at Taksu, you made our stay wonderful!

Staff are so friendly and always make sure you have anything you need Included buffet breakfast had lots of options , meats , cheeses, hot sausages and options of made to order eggs. Fruits, pastries and rice, noodle and hot/cold drinks. Great value. Massage package excellent Rooms very well equipped, ate in the restaurant for dinner and good portion sizes , hot and tasty. We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options, the rooms were spacious and the property was very pretty. But a word of warning, the beds are extremely hard. I have hip issues and my husband has back issues and the bed was too hard for us and we suffered from a lack of sleep. A new bed was installed in our room during our stay and was even harder than the original bed. (the hotel received new beds for all the rooms). I wish we could say we would come again, but we could not afford spending another stay with the aches and pains we endured and the sleeplessness. Seriously, there was absolutely no give at all in the beds and we have slept on many hard beds but this was the hardest we have encountered. If you like hard beds, well this property is a great place to stay.

The hotel was not busy at all but I was given a lovely big room with king bed. I could not get the Internet to work. So the nighttime helper Putu helped me and fixed my problem. Overall the staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you putu and ade Everything was very nice."
