We booked the STAYBRIDGE because we had a 16 hour layover between our flight from Rome, Italy, to Huntsville, Alabama. I called the STAYBRIDGE when we first booked the room to ask about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel property. The female I talked with said to just call the hotel once we were out of baggage claim, and that was all she said. The day our flight arrived from Italy, I called the hotel to let the person who answered know that we had arrived. She said the shuttle would be arriving at location 10-12. I explained to her that where we were at, the locations only went to 4. Finally, after going back and forth several times, another female got on the phone and realized we had flown into International. She said we needed to take the bus to domestic. NO ONE PRIOR SAID WE NEEDED TO BE IN DOMESTIC TO GET THE STAYBRIDGE SHUTTLE WHEN OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED. We had to wait in the line for the domestic shuttle for 40 plus minutes. When we finally arrived at domestic between locations 10-12, we had to wait another 35 minutes before the STAYBRIDGE shuttle arrived. It was 90 plus degrees outside and waiting so long was quite uncomfortable. Had someone told me from the beginning that the STAYBRIDGE shuttle would not be picking us up outside the baggage claim of International and that we would have to shuttle to domestic, we would have just taken a taxi. Waiting over an hour in the high heat to shuttle to a hotel after a 10 hour flight from Italy, was very unpleasant.
