Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

overall staying experience was great. The customer service was great. Thanks for taking care of me.

Me and my wife was on a business trip, and I searched for hotel which is near the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. Well, the hotel is just across the road from the entrance. Also, the hotel is near (5 minutes walking distance) to so many malls and shopping centers, and not far from the subway. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very kind and polite, and the service was great. Really 5 stars hotel. I ordered the Premier room, but unfortunately the view from the room was the west side, so you just see a very large building in front of you (which lights blinks at night, so you have to keep the curtains closed at night). So, don't forget to ask the city view on the east side and the terraces. We had fresh fruits on the second night, and they even gave us 2 bathrobes with our names on it. Check out is at 12:00 , but they can save your luggage after that. The reception, terraces, and breakfast are on the 6th floor. Please note that in Hotels.com Google map – the hotel is marked on the wrong place (Fuhua 1st road). Far away from its real location (Fuhua 3rd road). In the bathroom you have bathrobes, man and woman combs, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, makeup mirror, both tab and shower, small tv in the mirror, shaving kit, toothbrushes kit, q-tips and body cream – all fresh every day. The tv has a lot of channels, but it's not smart tv, so no Netflix and stuff. When connected to the hotels wifi – there is no access to Google apps.

Booked a smoking room one month in advance, however I need to wait for one and a half hour to get the room, it's totally unbelievable to happen at a 6 stars hotel. What a pity, I'm not recommending for my colleagues in the future.

The shower drain was partially clogged. It took two requests on two consecutive days to get it fixed.

Yes, I was indeed impressed with the service , the location, and the room. They even went to the extend of providing a cleaning cloth for my reading glasses, very very impressed with the service. Will be staying there again.

It was really amazing onto their service and high level of privacy (except the front desk on ground level), we would really love to come again

The four seasons hotel Shenzhen location and services was definitely the best I've had in China. Concierge Penny and Joseph were very helpful and provided great one on one service. Will definitely stay again.
