正式名稱雅園賓館，，問數的士司機無知道雅園風尚，因此我要多花一小時才能找到。如果說明近翠竹站，人民医院附近，方便的士司機。

Great value with HUGE shower and bed

I only stayed here for the night as I was travelling into Hong Kong in the morning. The room was huge and the facilities were great. The staff at reception spoke very minimal English but were friendly and polite. The hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the nearest metro and about a 15 minute taxi ride to Luohu. It's easy enough to get a taxi from outside the hotel. I was a little put off upon entering my room to see cards for calling 'ladies of the night' had been put under the door, and the with the dim lighting and HUGE bed this did make it feel a little seedy. However I don't think it's necessarily that kind of hotel.

good for the price

good place to stay, i would definately go back overthere again if i re visit shenzhen. The staff doesnt speak english very well but with todas technology we got to the point.

香港の宿として

フロントで英語が通じないのと、香港から来るとき地下鉄を使えればすぐにわかりますが歩きだとかなり迷います。ホテル自体は悪くなくコンビニもすぐとなりにあるので便利ではありました。

this is the hotol of my choice in Shenzhen

It is an excellent choice for family of 4 people. It is convinently located right next to metro and places to eat various chinese dishes. For those who have a tight budget, this hotel is a great choice. I strongly recommend this hotel for familes.

It is okay..

Just a typical hotel. However Expedia screws up on correctly listing hotel info. Booked a business suite as it claimed to have 2 big beds and thought that would be perfect for a family of four. Check in top the hotel and was told there was only bed in that room. Had to change to a smaller room with much less space.

双标间只设在没电梯的六楼，不得不从五楼走上去，原本应是阁楼的地方改造的。没有窗，只在窄小的淋浴间有一个小窗。

26年前のThe Art Hotel(雅園賓館）はとても素敵なホテルだったのでその落差があまりにも大きくがっかりした。全体的に言うと薄暗くちょっとカビ臭い（？）匂いする。部屋のカーペットにタバコの焼跡みたいなものがあってシャワーとトイレが同室の浴室には下水の臭がする。そして廊下を通過する人の声が聞こえる。唯一良かったのは立地条件で、近くに地下鉄駅あるから。

호텔 상태나 청결도는 예상대로 평균 수준 이었지만 언어소통 (영어가 안됨)이 안되고 분명히 4인실로 예약 하고 갔는데 2인실을 줌. 호텔 바우처에 및 자기들 서류에도 4인실로 기록 되어 있었지만 4인실은 없고 3인실로 바꾸어주면서 1박당 추가로 100위엔씩 200위엔 지불함 . 프론트에서 영어로 소통이 되지 않아서 할수없이 200위엔더주고 3인실에서 4명이 잘수밖에 없었슴, 호텔 익스피디어에서 이글을 보신다면 확인후 본건에 대한 환불등의 조치가 필요함,

Hotel für Geschäftsreisende

Das hotel im stadtteil luohu liegt mit günstiger anbindung zur metro station cuizhu (5 min). Taxis sind leicht zu bekommen durch das nebenliegende krankenhaus (am tag) und die ktv bar (nachts). Ein minimarket direkt nächste tür, ebenso ein restaurant (nur asiatische küche). Im hotel selbst niemand englisch sprechend, zumindest während meines aufenthalts (14 tage). In diesem stadtteil absolut keine western touristen / expats anzutreffen.
