Where is my free breakfast?
My only complaint is we did not get breakfast included. We paid for it but at the front desk they could not find the code to say we got breakfast. So I basically paid twice for breakfast because I still had to eat.

Great stay!Very convenient if attending an event at the prudential center.And a covered walkway to the the prudential center.Thumbs up to Sonya at the front desk.Extremely helpful & quite friendly.Thanks to the entire staff.

Booked room for convenience to get to airport. Expected more because of the high rating and cost. Arrived at 10ish as my flight was later that day and then had delays. My companion and I were exhausted, then, had to wait for desk mgr, Sonya, to be summoned to the front desk. After swiping my card(s) she gave me 2 room keys. There is an elevator that requires the use of key for operation. I left in the morning because the breakfast menu was ala carte. There's not much of a selection and it's pricey to say the least. The market in the lobby is a misnomer. Not a market, and a soda costs $3.50. housekeeping knocked on the door@ 9:30a, check out is 12p. I am not a happy camper, as I have stayed in better hotels for same $$ or less
