Hotel confortevole,personale molto cortese, gentile e disponibilissimo 24 ore su 24.

Non ci è piaciuto l’atteggiamento di chi ci ha accolti. Nessuna disponibilità per quando riguarda la possibile risoluzione di un problema

Buon hotel in zona Universitaria della città. In generale mantiene le caratteristiche mostrate online. Molto bene la colazione ed un ampia gamma di scelta per le camere. Nel mio caso ho avuto solo difficoltà con il parcheggio che risulta distante dall'hotel ed attenzione alla viabilità. Non mi ero accorto che è adiacente alla zona inaccessibile e protetta da telecamere per le multe! Consigliato.

Ottimo albergo, abbiamo alloggiato in un loft al terzo piano, stanza curata e pulita. Ottima prima colazione, troppo forte il caffè espresso. Posizione centrale, consigliatissimo

We sadly didn’t see the best of this hotel. While the communal areas are bright and modern our room was in desperate need of redecoration. Although generally clean throughout, the carpet had seen better days, the shower was little more than a dribble and there was a musty smell. The student area the hotel is in was the biggest problem we had however. The streets surrounding the hotel were full of noisy students and others late into the night. Despite it being unseasonably hot we had to close the window in the room to shut out the music, awful drunken singing and the smell of cannabis being smoked nearby - this was after midnight. There was also a number of other less desirable characters congregating nearby at night time. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking alone near the hotel at night. We were charged an additional €25 on check in, which we were told was a fee for the online booking. We are still waiting for a resolution to the query we raised over this with hotels.com. But be aware they may be additional charges as well as the city tax to pay on arrival. Other than this issue, the staff were attentive and helpful whenever we dealt with them.
