Bed was very comfortable, but carpet was worn through in areas.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, good location, quiet, easy check in, and excellent service

Room, service and hotel condition ok. Food and dining experience not good at all. I understand that service can be limited by low numbers of diners, but menu should reflect this. My wife's salad was nothing but a bowl of lettuce with small slivers of tomatoe with shreds of steak that were inedible. My salmon was overcooked and way too salty. The TV news at full volume did not contribute either.

Shower door broken, hair dryer broken, remote control worked poorly with TV, 2 hour evacuation late at night, and no compensation.

This hotel is very nice and clean but has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were traveling with a group and we all had bad interactions with the desk staff. We were treated as an inconvenience. We didn’t leave our room until 10:00 am on a Saturday morning and our room was not serviced. We were told they came by once and if you were still there, too bad. I asked for clean towels at the desk and was refused. I complained to corporate after getting nowhere with the local management. Corporate assured me the local management would contact me before I checked out. I heard nothing from them. Plenty of other nice hotels in Dothan. Pick another one.
