Absolutely horrendous experience. We've travelled all over Europe, Mexico, Africa and Asia, and this is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. When we arrived the hotel was fully booked with 200 guests, yet there are only 16 loungers. This meant we were unable to use the pool and have somewhere to keep our belongings dry and nearby, or to sit and dry off. The one occasion we did try and use the pool, we had to walk through the back of the bar/kitchen area to get to a table to put our bags on, and then back through this working staff area to get in the pool- which we noticed had a layer of grease and dirt on it. Fortunately, somebody left whilst we were in the pool so we took their seats (wet husband walked back through the kitchen area to get our things) so we could try and relax on a lounger. There were also only 5 tables, so he attempted to move one towards us and the unsecured ceramic lid slipped off and cracked in half. We were charged 1000 BAHT for this. They only clean the room every 3 days, and flushing toilet paper is chargeable at 500 baht, so we had to remember to message every day and ask them to empty the bathroom bin. Without the use of a pool, it's not worth staying. Tiny bathroom, water goes everywhere, need a taxi out of there to go anywhere, terrible staff, expensive poolside drinks, just avoid at all costs.
