I've been traveling all over the usa and mexico for decades. This is by far the absolute worse hotel experience and customer service experience I've ever had. Reception contradicted all terms on expedia, including check in time. I arrived at 8:01 and was told check in time was 8 and i was not going to be given a room. I should them the terms on expedia (3pm to 9pm check in) and they finally said they would allow me to keep my resevation. My reserved was for a double bed room but i was told they had given it away hours early so i had to have 2 different rooms for 3 people. It jist wasnt what i paid for and agreed on. But the worst was the Guest next door and receptions unwillingness to do anything. The room next to mine blasted music and played adult entertainment at constant full blast intervals from 12am to 4am. At 4am i finally decided to check out early after complaining to reception twice and dealing with their inability to do anything. Reception doesnt have a phone, despite them advertising (an out of service) phone number on their cards, website, expedia, and room brochures. Stay away. Not worth the money or aggravation, and definitely not the sleepless night.
