We arrived at 3 and the front desk did NOT have a reservation for us. They had us call Closing Time at the Victorian and "Hudson" the person working stated we did not have a reservation and hung up on me. Called back he was rude, obnoxious and said it was Expedia's fault call them and he hung up. Called Expedia and they said we had a reservation, "Hudson" hung up on Expedia trying to help us. After over 2 hours finally we got a room. The room was 9118. It was old, had torn up furniture, the knob came off shower, the batteries were dead in both tv controllers, the patio furniture was unusable, musty smell, the elevator did not work....I could go on......I would not recommend this to anyone at all. We drove from Michigan to Galveston Texas for a headache from He_ _.!!! We could not cancel reservation because it was noncancellable. There was a $50 cleaning fee and a $20 per night service fee plus tax. Service fee for what for "Hudson" to keep hanging up on us. Then there was a $25 fee from the resort to use the facilities. The only good thing was the location. I have never been more disgusted then staying here.
