The staff was great! The room was impecable. The location unbeatable. The main attractions are steps away. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Be mindful that it is a colonial city, so there will be stairs to get to your room.Everybody was very accomodating. The bed was super comfy and the room very cozy.

Great location! staff is friendly, only bad thing we had to change room because of a bad smell it seem to be urine carpet had stains! smelled like wet dog as well! Staff was courteous and changed our room to a room with a hard floor. personally will be staying here again !

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly.
The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I always felt safe during my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 😊

Room was small but tastefully-appointed. It would have been more comfortable if there were somewhere to sit other than the bed. Staff was gracious. Bed was very comfortable although it was odd that the pillow cases were too small for the pillows. I have two criticisms. It was noisy from the restaurant below and the courtyard echoed that. This was true in the evening from diners and music as well as in the morning starting about 6:30 with setting tables, birds uncovered and making noise, and eventually diners and screaming children. Very unpleasant. I was also unhappy that upon checkout you charged me 130 pesos for the two espresso pods, which couldn't have cost more than pennies and represented about a 10% increase in the room rate. You shouldn't leave an amenity in the room and then charge guests for it later. It shouldn't be worth it to annoy a guest for that or you should have something saying that they're for sale for 65 pesos each.

Reservé mi estancia en el hotel frente a la parroquia. Llegando a las instalaciones, me dieron la habitación que ellos quisieron a la vuelta en su otro hotel. El servicio de la recepcionista pésimo, por lo que me tuve que aguantar y aceptar la habitación que se me dio. En definitiva no regreso a SAN MUGUEL DE ALLENDE, gracias a ellos. Y falta mencionar que el hotel de la vuelta parece cantina. Ruido abajo todo el día.

Staff and room were great. Very loud music until very late at night was the problem. Nothing the staff could do about it as there are several clubs behind hotel.
