Frequento a Porto Imperial há décadas. Sempre muito aconchegante e ótima localização. Notei muitas mudanças no quadro de colaboradores desde minha última estadia. As únicas ressalvas ficam por conta de não ter recebido o upgrade nem late-check-out de cortesia. Talvez, em função da nova equipe. Como sugestão: tragam os guarda-chuvas de volta, sempre muito convenientes e marca do hotel, bem como as amenidades e agrados tradicionais.

Excelente Pousada!!
A estadia foi excelente! O hotel é super bem localizado no centro histórico de Paraty! Fomos muito bem atendidos, principalmente pelo Cléber que nos indicou vários passeios, bem como a simpatia do sr. Davi. Como oportunidade é importante ajustar a escala de atendimento no serviço da piscina. No horário do almoço não tinha ninguém para nos atender. Outra sugestão é ter ombrelones nas cadeiras de sol, pois não tinha local de sombra na piscina.

Só um detalhezinho
O quarto é lindo, confortável, a pousada é um show. O único porém é que tinha algumas infiltrações no banheiro. Choveu muito em Paraty, mas isso não pode ser uma desculpa para as goteiras. Mas fora esse detalhe que a pousada pode facilmente resolver, não tem o que falar. Lugar lindo e confortável.
