Terrible Service
I called beforehand to ask about my second pet and they said it was no issue or extra charge, one I arrived they made a big fuss and wanted to make an extra charge before check-in for both pets (when none should be charged) and overall making us feel unsafe. Had to stay in a different place and hotel wouldn't wage cancellation after the whole fiasco on their side.

Las instalaciones están en buen estado. La cuestión es que nunca te dicen (en la aplicación) que el hotel esta “cerca” del centro pero en una calle INSEGURA. No hay ni banqueta para salir caminando (como turista). En la noche la calle para llegar, súper sola (si viajas sola, como en mi caso, debes entrar en Uber). El horario del restaurante termina a las 7 de la noche. Y no hay nada cerca pa ir a cenar.
