Nice location and responsible and alert staff
In general we had a nice stay at Holiday Inn despite some initial problems with our room that had a broken air conditioner and also smelled cigarette smoke (We had booked a non smoking room). However, the staff acted rapidly when we let them know and we got a new room that was okay but had two single beds put together instead of a king size that we had in our booking. The room also had a spacious balcony but with absolutely furniture like chairs, table etc. Why? All in all a nice hotel (more like 3-star maybe) in a very attractive location with a very nice and friendly staff.

I am so dissapointed, I booked to come away for new years eve a night away for my wife and I. My booking clearly stated a "suite" for this I paid quite a bit extra! They issued apartment (family room) I went explained and they refused to put us in suite! said they are not available... Basically attitude tough! . We shoukd have had in our room over head shower double bath instead we receive dreadfull shower and Sink tap that sprays everywhere! I wish I booked the bochema hotel like I did two years ago, What they advertise you get. This was false advertising. You do not get what you pay for and what's advertised. I feel cheated and upset.

Great staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice and the breakfast was great. The bed was a bit stiff, but overall we had a pleasant time. Also good for parking and ease to main square.
