This hotel is very well located, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and about 20 minutes from the main tourist attractions. The room had a decent amount of space, was nicely decorated, and came well equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Room was a decent size and staff were friendly enough. Acknowledging it was Oktoberfest, pricing was still VERY high; too high; especially considering the rooms are not serviced each day. The two single beds pushed together as a double aren’t too comfortable unfortunately and slide apart easily when you roll into the middle - would recommend they invest in some comfortable beds to have guests return! Otherwise tidy and central enough.

Great place in great location near the train station. Rooms were very spacious and kitchen stocked for convenience. Staff were friendly and answered questions. Stayed with a friend and would recommend for travel. Despite nearby construction outside, did not hear noise from our room, which also had nice views.

I enjoyed my 4-night stay at Aparthotel Adagio very much. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the room and facilities were excellent. Easy walking distance to main train station, and the useful Tram 19 is nearby for the Altstatt (or the U-Bahn is also nearby). I thought there would be street/construction noise but with the window closed there was no problem. Super place to stay, will definitely come back and I recommend it highly!

The front desk staff, Hassan is super great! He offers very professional service and very considerate to guest needs. Very friendly and helpful and all other staff of the hotel is very good. Check in was friendly and efficient but only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. It did get fixed the next day. The thermostat in our room was not working, they sent some to check who confirmed it was not. They found another room for us so we had to repack and move our things. The hotel is a bit older and it shows in the walls but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom looks newly renovated and modern. There is a major building renovation directly across the street so it’s noisy during the day. It’s about a 20 walk to old town. The only major plus is that it’s a 5 min walk to the Munich Central Station - trains, rail, and underground. Breakfast which is an extra charge is ok, with hot and cold options and good variety. Quality is just ok. I expected a bit more from this hotel and would probably stay elsewhere if I return to Munich.

We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. Also only a 5 minute walk to the fest grounds. Would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful and very hospitable.

Good solid, clean hotel. For a longer than a couple days stay, it was nice to have the kitchenette and refrigerator. All amenities, etc were good. Only thing that could be better were the pillows. Studio room had enough space to work, sleep and share. Good size for a long stay in Munich. Would stay here again.
