Apartamentos Turisticos Atxuri

Apartment had everything we needed - staff on hand to assist and easy walk into main area of town.

Very clean and spacious apartment 10mins walk from the atmospheric old town. Ideal for the family apart from the lack of air conditioning although this was not a major problem. Staff were OK but a little brusque but that could have been the language barrier.

the service was awful. specially the manager he was a complete jerk!. this apartments are very nice, but unfortunatelly we had an apartment with no heather and it was really cold outside so we were freezing!, and there was NO hot water to be able to take a shower. we called the reception and guess what? well... there is no one there to help during the night, only the guard, so he was kind and he was able to get us extra blankets to be able to sleep. In the morning the reception opened about 9am, and I complaint about the heather and the hot water and manager said "oh well you survived!!" If staying here I'll suggest definetelly make sure you get there with pleny of time for someone in the reception to go to the apartment with you and check EVERYTHING! before they leave you hanging.

Shower in apartment 108 needs fixing but comfort wise just like a home away from home. Has all the stuff needed like washing machine stove/oven, fridge, microwave etc. Only thing missing was a kettle but almost perfect. Lots of buses to head downtown but walkable which is what we did. Do note it is uphill on the way back but great exercise :)

It was clean, but very dated. The staff was helpful, but couldn’t get the WiFi to work for most of our stay. The location isn’t as good as we thought. It’s quite a walk to bars and stores. The building is confusing, and no explanation for heating in the room. Our refrigerator barely worked, so that was frustrating. Many things in the room were in disrepair!
