I feared the worst when I saw the hotel in real life and not just on the Photos on the hotels dot com app. But it actually was a lot better than expected. Fairly good for the low cost we payed.

Unfortunately I was very unhappy with my stay. The place is very outdated, Generally the whole place is not very clean. At-least the bedsheets in the room were clean or I may have considered just leaving and jumping back in my car. The staff were very uninterested dismissive, I felt the need to ask questions (wifi code etc) which you'd expect would be covered by staff on your arrival as a professional service. Parking wasn't an issue as I parked on the road beside the property. The bathroom / toilet looked and felt old and used so wasn't an inviting space in what was already a very small room. Other rooms may be larger but my room felt very tight and compact. I would not return or recommend unfortunately.

Not great and over priced for what it was. Bed was clean and I could make a coffee in the morning. That’s about it. Room was loud so was awoken by someone in a different room whenever they ran any water in their room. No curtain on one of the windows (a towel was hung over it to block out the sun when I arrived?!)

Highly disappointed with this stay. While the room size was okay, it was not cleaned well at all. The bad: • No AC and a constant loud water sound keeping us up all night. • Stained towels, a broken shower falling off the wall, and broken/missing curtains. • Parking is incredibly tight with almost no room to park safely. • Reception was completely abandoned during posted hours, and when staff finally appeared, they were unhelpful. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible do not stay here!! Unclean rooms, unhelpful & not present staff, things hanging off their hinges. Was also denied a cancellation when i expressed safety concerns about my room. I even found previous tenants clothes in the draws, shavings in the sink, old soap bars.

Foods provided really tasted delicious.

It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.

The staff are lovely , the room was a decent size for a single room , I was there for 5 days but they only cleaned my room once and changed my sheets once while it was a heat wave , other then that no issue . I would recommend the place if you want somewhere cheap . There is a curry house downstairs and a Tesco express and a pub that serves food around the corner

Good. Close to legoland Clean bedding and towles Bad Rocks for pillows Mattresses stained badly. Bathroom needs a good clean. Thats why it was so cheap you get what you pay for.
