Struttura un po' datata, personale gentile e molto disponibile

Posizione buona. Stazione centrale vicina. Centro vicino. Personale ok, cortese. Check-in anticipato, la camera era già pronta, ottima cosa. Spazi in camera ridotti ma va benissimo per 2 o 3 notti. Colazione internazionale, discreta. Coffe shop vicini. L’unica pecca le lenzuola lavate ma macchiate, sono da cambiare.

Room was in the underground with no window, and drammaticaly hot. Room was not for smokers, instead of what was written in the description.

Soggiorno stupendo .. sono appena tornata da Amsterdam, inizialmente appena prenotato non sapevo cosa aspettarmi viste le recensioni ma devo dire che è stato più che confortevole .. per le famiglie un po’ scomodo, ma se siete giovani e soprattutto avete voglia di stare tutto il giorno fuori è il migliore .. offre una posizione ottima e ti permette di arrivare a piedi in pieno centro, alla casa di Anna Frank, lungo i canali e soprattutto alla stazione centrale .. ci tornerò sicuramente

Non e stato segnalato che la doccia al quarto piano non esiste e bisogna scendere al terzo con le scale a dire poco inadeguate.

Room clean but beds to soft and small. Shower pole kept falling off. No drink facilities. States restaurant bar night club and breakfast €15 but all this was closed. Looked as if work being carried out. No mention on sight. Wanted bottle water couldn’t accommodate. Hidden taxes when arrived we knew about one but then another was added apparently a new one. Asked for copy of my bill said would send via email. Still waiting. We were in room under ground no window except very small leading into street. Kept falling open. Bad smell from laundry room by our door. No welcome pack or fire evacuation instructions in room and there were three rooms all under ground not sure if legal. Did have a hose on wall but you would be stuck in room did have fire door but you would die from smoke. Stayed in much better hostel the winston for less than this hotel which isn’t really a hotel. More of hostel just room beds bathroom no facilities working. Shame as put damper on trip. Also lots building work outside central station going on. front building of restaurant windows blocked no place sit drink eat. Not a mention on there page picture of place looks great don’t be fooled.

From beginning to end: Checking in took over half an hour for the reason that the employees were exchanging drawers so we had to wait for them to be done. I understood the situation so I was not mad, just a bit annoyed. There is no elevator so getting to our room on the 4th floor made me not want to leave the room or not go to my room. I should mention that there is a little list exclusively for luggage only so that did make things easier! The room is TINY! We all had to squeeze though. Though it was clean. The room’s lights were accessible from all three of our beds and the heater worked great! The shared showers are located on levels 3,2, and 1! They are a good size and were in good condition. There was some weird energy that the hotel had, almost made me scared of being alone in the hallways. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t have high expectations or plan to stay in your room for a long period of time.

We stayed in a basement room with only a small window which was at sidewalk level outside. It was exceptionally loud from outside and from the floor above. The room was very basic. I’d give it 1 1/2 stars.

Lovely little hotel. I had a twin room, with a private bathroom. Comfy bed & clean. Staff were polite on both checking in and checking out. 8 minute walk from DAM Square. No complaints, would stay again.
