Camera carina, bagno piccolo, ma confortevole. Per essere un 4* mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. In camera abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua (quelle omaggio) mezza bevuta, delle forcine in terra e un adesivo autoriscaldante (quelli da mettere sotto i vestiti per intenderci) lasciato sul comodino.

Ottima posizione, stanza un po' piccola ma molto pulita e confortevole, tutti gli accessori a disposizione, AC leggermente rumorosa

Unhappy as was unable to retrieve an invoice either paper or email, the receptionist refused to acknowledge the amount I paid ( had my card receipt and booking confirmation at hand) and tried to give a completely different figure (30.00) less than I actually paid ???

This is a good option for staying in London if you are on a budget. It is in a residential area a couple of miles from the main tourist areas. My husband and I walked a lot and never felt unsafe.The nearest tube station Earls Court is about .7 mi away. We ended up taking the bus most of the time. There is a bus stop about two blocks away at the end of the street. With an Oyster card it is very convenient. Our room was very small and at first we didn't think we could handle it for four nights but it was clean and comfortable and we ended up liking it fine. The bathroom looked to be recently upgraded and had a really good shower. A good restaurant for breakfast nearby is George's Cafe. Holland Park is a short distance away. It is a beautiful place to walk and has a cafe inside.
