We rented a cabin. It was substandard with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It faced a steel fence, was really hot and needs to be demolished. The surrounding area is beautiful and park great. It’s near the beach but note they let you know that you cannot swim in beach as it too dangerous.

There was a hot rod convention going on when I arrived. Nothing was mentioned until I checked in, and with how loud things were, I would have expected some sort of discount to compensate. There was also no wi-fi in the unit I was in and this was not mentioned until I checked. Would never stay there again.

Basic accommodation no air con and felt like I was on a school camp - outdated but fine for a stop over - walking to river swimmable and beach over beautiful bridge un-patrolled but seem fine - if you stay YOU MUST go see the sunrise - the prettiest I’ve seen
