As a long-time Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have consistently chosen Hilton properties for their reputed service and loyalty benefits. However, my recent experience at this particular location was profoundly disappointing.
Upon arrival, I was informed that despite my reservation being for four people, my children could not stay because they weren’t listed in the original booking. I offered to pay extra to add my child at check-in, but the night shift staff member was extremely rude and refused. Consequently, I had to leave, as I was not about to leave my child behind.
This experience is not only frustrating but also disheartening, especially given my loyalty to the Hilton brand. I urge fellow travelers to reconsider staying at this location, as it does not uphold the standards one would expect from Hilton.
