Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are beach chairs available for free as a guest of the hotel. Everything is door codes so you don’t need to worry about losing keys at the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Not having a front desk really didn’t bother me because the texting line was very responsive. There is a Roku tv with tons of channels available and overall it’s pretty quiet.
Biggest issues are the room smells very musty are leaving and coming back but the smell goes away very quickly. The parking is a nightmare. The hotel claims there is parking but there isn’t. Street parking is insane and you have to renew it every 4 hours (they ticket like crazy out here so don’t screw up if you street park) and the garages are disgustingly expensive and inconvenient. You have to pay 20-40$ a day to park and that’s without any in/out privileges. This means if you go to dinner and come back you’re paying another 40$. It’s insane. Don’t bring a car if you want to stay here. We ended up finding a garage that offers monthly parking passes and that was cheaper than paying for parking the normal way.
Because of the no front desk thing you’re kind of on your own. We spilled something on the sheets and we were promptly brought new sheets but I had to make the bed myself. You only get cleaning 1x every 4 days but we were able to out the trash out in the hall to get emptied.

My wife and I stayed at Kasa Impala for 5 days and we absolutely LOVED IT! Everything was walking distance, including pharmacies and night life. Beach is also 3 minute walk from the property too! We will definitely return for our next Miami vacation! We highly recommend!

Lovely property within walking distance of everything. 1 block from the beach, tons of restaurants. The digital check-in was wonderful and seamless.
Beware of parking! Investigate ahead of time where to oark as very few properties helave parking.

Very unique hotel. No on sight staff — all electronic. Great location in South Beach! Very attentive hotel answering all questions.
The one big problem on the weekend is loud music shaking the hotel til 3am. Hard to sleep if you want to crash earlier. Know before you go!

The hotel is clean and very well located on Collins Avenue. The customer service is responsive.
Mami Beach is always noisy but this hotel is just behind a nightclub (M2). The loud vibrations of the music make it hard to sleep on nights were the club is open.

Property is very good value, staff were great helping me with something they didn’t have to waste their time with. Our room was above the restaurant who play a loud eclectic mix all afternoon and evening which was too noisy for us but that comes with the convenience of the location

Really enjoyed the stay , the only problem was we left at 8:00 am and while driving on 75 North I received a text saying housekeeping said we were still there, and that I could receive extra charges and never stay with Kasa again. Very hard texting and driving.

The location from south beach and Ocean drive is incredible for the price. We stayed in the king suite and it sits right over the Italian restaurant downstairs and you hear their music blaring until close to midnight every day though. It was very hard to sleep because of that so be warned, I’m not sure if it’s this loud for every room. Also there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room which was quite the surprise. Not being able to keep any food or drink in your room when you’re staying more than one night is really inconvenient.

Nice and interesting property in great location. The front gate to a very nice courtyard works occasionally to gain access, and I needed the chic restaurant staff on the property to get in one time. The room was pleasant with a coffee maker, but no cups, or any other amenities, such as a refrigerator. It's not until check in that the booking agent discloses that a security deposit is required, and no communication occurs after check out to confirm that the deposit is refunded. There is no parking so expect to pay to keep a car either on the street or in the nearby lots.

From self check to self check out Overall great property.
Minor issues are they need a large trash can in the lobby or right outside of the lobby so I don’t have to keep old food in my room or have to walk down the street for one. Other issue which they fixed while I was there was the lock on the first gate didn’t work sometimes. One morning I had to jump over, they fixed it but something tells me it can mess up again be aware.
Great property, didn’t see staff much but when I did they were friendly and as helpful as they can.

Entrava muita luz dentro do quarto. Mas isso não prejudicou o brilho da hospedagem e quarto. Certamente ficaria novamente. Excelente localização! Tudo muito limpo e Organizado. Ainda um último detalhe: como ficou muito frio faltou um cobertor adicional. Mas deu tudo certo!
