This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Do not stay here. If you even manage to check in at all. The entire experience was extremely bad and felt deliberately calculated to deceive guests. It started with the fact that I could not get in touch with them to arrange the mandatory key pickup meeting they state is required, since the accommodation has no reception and is completely unmanned. Eventually, they confirmed my booking, which meant I could no longer cancel it. I then arrived in Phuket after traveling all the way from Krabi with a large backpack, during high season when everything is fully booked. I mention this to emphasize how serious the consequences of their actions were. When I arrived at the hotel, parts of the building had no electricity or water. The pool was completely green, filthy, and disgusting. The water level was only about halfway up. I eventually managed to contact the woman managing the place via messages. She was extremely rude and does not speak English. On the property, her husband was lying in the dirty pool wearing white, transparent underwear exposing everything. It was 11 a.m., and he was already drunk, lying there drinking beer. He offered to drive me to 7-Eleven since check-in was not ready. I thought it was a kind gesture. Instead, he drove me there, dropped me off, and left, clearly assuming I would not be able to find my way back.
