Great stay during COVID, very safe, very clean and the staff were awesome. Ideal location. Lovely rooms, restaurant and bar were running reduced menu but were superb.

Pleasant stay
Very good under the current circumstance- it was a shame we couldn’t eat at night there but due to the government scheme they were full- maybe they could allow for guests booked in ? Would stay again.

We were really pleased with the hotel all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble food was lovely room was very clean and tidy overall we had a lovely stay

Breakfast was included with our stay but was told We were not entitled to it. After finding a shop to get brakfast the owner said we could have had breakfast as he made ‘bacon sandwiches for the lad to watch the rugby’ thought that was unprofessional at the time. Before arriving the owner called to let us know about the heating being cut off through the whole building but upon my arrival the heating was working down stairs every where and upstairs just not in the room I was in. I asked for two blankets as there was two of us staying in separate bed he only gave us one and wouldn’t give us another one. The fire alarm went off at 2:40 am and as a guest I had to wake up the owner as we were their for 5 minutes unsure what the noise was and what was going on. I’m really disappointed with the stay I’m not back home with a really bad cold on medication because the room was freezing.

Bit expensive, but worth it.
Very quiet - only ones in the hotel! Bed was clean but too soft and very squeaky! We found it a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for resting weary heads and legs. Room was warm and cosy - nice big clean bathroom. Only a small TV, but had a Sky box, so lots to choose from. Hotel looks really nice and posh inside too. Host was lovely and did a good breakfast too, which was included in the price of £80 for one night (2 people).

Only an overnight stay, arriving at 01:30 off a late ferry from Ireland. Good communications with 'The boss Man' meant no problems getting in or to our room.

Lovely Hotel
Room was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Excellent location for Saundersfoot and Tenby. Would highly recommend, we would certainly book this Hotel again
