Fees & policies

Refundable deposits

• Deposit: EUR 300 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be collected before check-in

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

• Destination fee: EUR 2 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

Optional extras

• Local cuisine breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 7 for adults and EUR 5 for children
• Beach shuttle service is offered for an extra charge
• Late check-in between 6:00 PM and 11:30 PM can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 20
• Cleaning supplies are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per stay

Children & extra beds

• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 30.0 per stay
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 40 per pet, per stay

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Pool access is available for an extra charge of EUR 15 per night
• The seasonal pool is open from May 01 to October 31
