Major issue was there was no air circulation and you felt like you are being chocked. You can even crack open a window and the air cleaner in the room blows out smelly air. The room was way hot like a sauna, tried to sleep too hot woke up hours of the night. I had to wipe down the desk it had seemed like it wasn't wiped down for weeks. Went to use hotel laundry room it was locked, I asked the front desk and reply we provide the service. I just walked away duh. Local area no life after 6:00 pm and if you want a decent meal its hard to find. All restaurants in the shopping plaza close by 6:00 pm. If you get off work at 6:00 pm the only thing you will find is a beer Izakaya if you are into beer. Other than if you cant sleep you have no where to go to entertainment.

a fair business hotel
just a fair stay , room is big but too old fashion type ! House keep did an excellent job, but the front desk not helpful , I tried to ask a young front desk guy, help me to make a reservation in Shinjuku in JP; he rejected if I passed my mobile to him; he claimed that it is hotel policy not allowing him to do so, coz not hotel related.

Great Place to Rest and Have Fun
Great place near so many things. The hotel is awesome and so is the environs. Besides the Sanrio museum there is a movie theater, lots of shops and stores. Your listing that there is free parking nearby is not true. We live about 20 minutes from the hotel and I did not think it true. I asked at the front desk and they confirmed. Around train stations there is no free parking. Hotel parking costs 1,000 yen per day.

Hello Kitty Room was great, but the beds were akwardly located. The condition/layout/location and everything was fantastic however. Just like it looked in the pictures
