Daniel Dead Sea Hotel

Personale ineccepibile. Abbiamo richiesto alcune cose tipo un accappatoio e del caffe' e siamo stati prontamente esauditi. Si e' guastato il quadro aria condizioanta e sono subito venuti ad aggiustarlo. Personale impeccabile> Cibo nei range del Mar Morto ma nell'insieme appetibile. Andrebbero svecchiate le camere con dispositivi e mobili piu' moderni e/o funzionali> Sicuramente ci tornero'.

Let's start with the easy stuff: food was ok, not exquisite but more than acceptable, different cuisines every day, all-day cold water available in the lobby (no charge) The rest of our experience was actually disappointing. For starters, the hotel is not well maintaned. It's old, some of the electric sockets in the room were half out which is extremely dangerous, the bath starr was old and the corridor carpets were old and somewhat dirty. They say 'private beach', but pay close attention: YOU HAVE TO CROSS THE RODE IN ORDER TO GET THERE, and once you get there there aren't any seats/chairs where you can lay you things.The pool was ok, too small for the crowd. In conclusion, for the price i payed, i expected much better. Unfortunately i won't be staying there next time.

Not enough was done to comply with coronavirus guidelines.

Some amenities are always missing!! Due to COVID, SPA was not available, what a pity!! But if so, maybe they should give us some kind of refund/discount.... Structure and location is great, room and bathroom are quite small compare to the price and category of the hotel.... Pool is nice.

It was a great vacation mainly because we needed the rest. The hotel is nice and pleasing but there are small stuff that irritated us. The room was clean but there wasn't towels for the hands when we arrived. The hotel is clean in general, but the chairs in the pool wasn't clean and we could found one without bird droppings on it and the lobi area was not cleaned after Saturday evening. We had B&B and the breakfast was good but again the small stuff was irritating, we got to breakfast at 7:30 and nothing was ready, there was no cook to make eggs (he started at about 8:00) and the person that was incharge of the coffee machine disappeared frequently. In general we enjoyed the stay but the hotel need to focus on the small stuff to make it better.

The property itself is beautiful and clean with great views. Great location. The staff from check in to asking questions about the area, the bar and the restaurant were all incredibly rude and unhappy. Not just to us but to everyone. The breakfast buffet was huge but was dirty and not very good. So good room, good location, good pool but poor service.
