Good Morning + Bad Oldesloe

The hotel has gone a but downhill in the past few years. Fixtures and fittings are a bit tired. Not all of the rooms had the complimentary tea and coffee/kettle that is normally expected.

Such a beautiful place. Me and my family enjoyed this country style-like cozy place. We were attending a wedding party in the town, and were lucky to have your hotel as the sleep-over place.

I stayed at this hotel last year, it was comfortable and the staff were very nice and polite. but this year the rom was uncomfortable due to the extreme heat and the lack of air conditioning or a fan. You now have to pay for parking which I think is nonsense and it completely put me off. The staff in the dining area were unpleasant and overwhelmed by their work, one had to ask for coffee everyday, also very off putting. However the staff at the front desk were pleasant, Housekeeping staff were also not good, I had no fresh towels till I mentioned it to the front desk, my brother was locked in his room from the outside by housekeeping staff. In short I will not be returning to this hotel, Bad Oldesloe is a regular destination for me as I have family living there.

We arrived at the hotel, I went to park and my wife and son went to check in, the man and woman working reception were chatting away, laughing and joking while my wife just stood there. The clean towels were put on the shelf above the toilet, not knowing how long they had been there and how many people had used the toilet before. Disgusting!!! The room was freezing, which made sleeping difficult.

Vi skulle bare have et sted at overnatte. Et super fint værelse.

Udmærket hotel i stille omgivelser /industri område (fredag-lørdag). Eneste anke er, at der tages 2 euro for parkering.

Rummet var välstädat och enl specifikation. Mindre påpekanden om att det fanns handdukar till två personer när rummet var beställt till tre personer samt att vattenkokare inte fungerade. På plussidan var att service när parkeringsbiljettsystem krånglade lite så ordnade hotellet smidig lösning ä.

Super Fint Hotel

Fin indtjekning, fin forret og fin øl, men resten af maden var ikke særlig god og slet ikke til den pris. tror sjældent jeg har sovet på sådan i hård madras. Tjeneren kunne ikke et ord engelsk, hvilket gør det hele en smule mere besværligt.
