This was my second visit in the area. Decided to give another chance last visit no wi_fi from thunderstorm and never cleaned garbage in room till end of visit. As again this visit. Also this visit went to use business center and no toner in printer and no one able to help from front desk. I was unable to print my documents. Was a little disappointed all around. I usually always book country inn I might try something new next time. Staff is always nice and friendly

No reservation!
Got to hotel clerk says she couldnt find my reservation! Even with app and confirmation number... wanted me to pay w a credit card for the same room until she found the issue.. or I was not sleeping in hotel for that night (which was paid thru app) .... called hotels.com he had to call hotel clerk and fax paperwork to hotel and just like that she found the reservation !

Changed my room options.
Paid extra for a king suite and sofa bed... when I got there they gave us 2 queen beds... which is the reason I had chosen to pay more to sleep better!

Eccezionale
First time staying at this Hotel
From check in to check out for 3 days and 2 nights! This property was welcoming and very comfortable!! The front desk was manned by Amy, for what seemed liked 24 hrs a day! She was professional, helpful and would assist you with almost anything you needed!! :) What a great overall experience on my stay!! I will definitely be booking a room at this hotel, in the future!

Rudeness makes for a bad stay
When I arrived I was told by the lady clerk that my room had been charged to my credit card. I explained it should not have been, I was suppose to pay at the hotel. She says nope they charged your card. I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't give me one because I booked through a 3rd party they will email me a receipt. I contacted hotels.com and they told me they did not charge my credit card, the booking clearly states pay at the hotel. My credit card showed Country Inn charged my credit card. We checked out early & I was still told by the hotel that they didn't charge my credit card and that they couldn't give me a receipt. They stated the 3rd party will email me a receipt. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!, I have never booked with hotels.com before & Never will again. The lady clerk was just plain rude and didn't care. I have always booked through booking.com and every hotel has always given me a receipt. I have booked Country Inn many times and never had rude clerks. I would not suggest this Country Inn location to anyone.
