It was probably my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel, reason being area is surrounded by good eats and convenience shops, not mentioning it being a 10min walk to Tamachi station.
It is only a 5-7 min walk from Tamachi station. The staff was friendly and helpful. It rained and they loaned us umbrellas.
Staff was very friendly, and since we had so much luggage they actually stored it for us during our stay. Very nice staff.
A very good location a few minutes easy walk from JR Tamachi station and 2 subway lines, yet a very quiet hotel (especially if your room is on the side away from the Haneda monorail), with comfortable rooms slightly larger than the norm for this price range. The hotel is very modern and the room had every expected feature. The 2nd floor guest lounge and coin laundry are nice touches. Staff was very friendly with good English skills and the breakfast buffet was very good for the price. No on-site restaurant other than breakfast but many choices nearby. A nice canal-side location tucked away from much of the Tokyo hustle and bustle but very easy access to train, subway and bus..
