Residenza Navona First

Questo piccolo hotel non potrebbe trovarsi in una posizione migliore se siete interessati a visitare il centro storico, a pochi passi da Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona e Pantheon. Inoltre, ci sono tanti buoni locali dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, soprattutto se volete ricaricarvi un po' dopo la piccola colazione offerta. La camera era piccola e tipicamente romana, ma efficiente e silenziosa per la sua posizione. Il personale è stato molto ospitale; ci torneremmo senz'altro.

Great location in central Rome with easy access to all the sites. The small hotel is located in an old building Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. There were only five rooms and reception was not open 24 hours, but we arrived in the late afternoon and they were very easy to work with. (There is a charge for very late check-ins as well as an option to purchase a shuttle from the airport.) The room was clean and comfortable and very charming as only older buildings are. The air conditioner worked very well which was a huge plus! The area was developed in the 15th and 16th century and I would not be at all surprised to learn that the original building dates from that era.

Too too many steps. Overall rather depressing. The terrace was a joke. In the shower you can hardly move. Too pricey for what you get. Not an honest description and wonder how it rates 8 and over. Certainly not for business travel and even more certainly not for a family. It is more for a back packer or a hard up traveller but then nearly 200 euros for two nights is not actually a throw away.

Room was a bit tight, but location and secure access made up for it. Very safe location, with 3 locked doors to access (had our own keys to come and go as we pleased). As soon as you walk out you're in the N.E. corner of Piazza Campo di Fiori, with lots of restaurants. 2 blocks north is Piazza Navona.

So close to everywhere, if you like to walk instead of taking a cab, stay here. Since you are in the heart of one of the best districts it can be noisy but well worth it
