Good nights stay

Good budget hotel ideal pisition when your working in the city
Simon, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible stay. I won’t go back
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great but needs improvements

For a last minute booking for 1 adult and 1. Child we got the basement which was huge! Although a budget hotel the rooms do need updating and fans during summer would be great! TV remote was broken. Beds were a bit springy but the heavy blankets and pillows allowed for a good nights sleep. Would visit again for sure
Syeda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a pretty nice hotel in a good area but the first room I was given was really tiny and way to warm there but they let me change rooms. Shared toilets and showers on the hotel. Literally five minutes away from a tube station which is excellent 👌

Very nice area

10/10 Exceptional

My last minute option

It was affordable and near great transportation but there is no air conditioning and if you can’t walk up several flight of stairs than I don’t recommend unless you can get a room on the ground floor,

Not worth the price

Overall the lobby staff were friendly. No complaints with them what so ever. Very nice people. My room on the other hand had the smallest shower ever. With a shower head that sprayed everywhere but your body. The bed was slanted as sinking in the flood, not very comfy. No AC, but the fan on high speed was so low. Overall for the price, comfort was bad, cleanliness was poor, and shower/bathroom was very poor.
Guerson, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Pause before entering, thanks.

On arrival there where socks left over from a previous stay, and dried urine on the toilet seat. We requested it to be cleaned which it was as we went out. On the second day, we stayed for a longer sleep, however there was no door hanger saying do not enter. I woke to the cleaner knocking and immediately entering whilst i was naked.
Dee, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We stayed here because our train was cancelled and needed somewhere to stay last minute. It was fine. The staff was very friendly, the room was ok. Very outdated and needs repairs but for one night it was fine.

The room that was called a bedroom, was a space in a hallway with a bed, the bathroom old and in need of repairs

Great walkable area. Didn’t like inflexibility of late checkout

A hotel to avoid

Not sure what the 3 stars relates to? Maybe because there’s a hairdryer in the room… Nothing wrong with a small room, carpet , squeaky, bumpy floor and the bathroom was extremely small and tired. The bathroom soo won’t even shut
Mette, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff polite and informative. No milk. Shower braket broken. Shower curtain and rail missing. Staff informed seemed suprised! So I showed him the picture of the damage. Room was clean and tidy. Good for the price in central London.
Raymond, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The receptionist was most welcoming on arrival and informative. I was able to store my luggage until my room was ready so I could carry on with my day. The reception was open 24 hours a day so I didn't have to worry about my return time. The only negative was, there was a kettle in my room but no coffee or milk.
Lisa, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Most worst stay

It was so unhygienic lots of dust and rust everywhere. Patches on sheet , torn bed , no toiletries
Gurmeet, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Prepare to be disappointed. Single room in the basement. Awful. Uncomfortable bed. Noisy. Poor bathroom. Creepy. The location is good and it's cheap. That's all.
John, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel is dated but in a very convenient location for kings Cross abd exploring London. We only went to the hotel to sleep so it wasn't an issue
Brian, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

It was terrible: it wasn't cleaned, in the bathroom there were the bathfoam used by the previous clients, the only mug was terribly dirty and the sugar was literally moldy. there was also a a big stain under the bed and in the bed linen there were some hair. the carpet was all dirty and dusty. it is good because it's near the city centre but you can't stay in the room and just "relax"
Altea, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Friendly and helpful service. Last minute booking at budget hotel so I was happy with my stay.
Peter, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

good value, bit tired
Steve, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Plenty of beds for family. Easy walk to British Museum. Lacked heat and breakfast.
Steven, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Convenient for short stays. The room was satisfactorily clean but the stairs getting to the room, not so much.
Jackie, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Decent rooms with the affordable price in Central London and the staff were good. I didn't have the bed bug problem as someone said in the review comments. Had good sleep and it is close to British Museum.
Revathy, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great little hotel in central London. As other people mention it’s not quite the ritz , but it’s very good for the price. A little run down, but if you are spending your day out in London you won’t really mind. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
