Worst hotel ever. Check in went fine, but the keycard would not open our door. I had to make 3 trips back to the front desk to get different keys, but the keys never worked. After waiting 25 minutes a hotel employee finally came and used a key to open the door. We were told by the staff that the door was broken and we would have to get a staff member to open the door each time. Once in the room, we discovered it had not been cleaned. There were used towels in the tub, cigarette ashes on the toilet, fruity pebbles all over the floor, hairs on the sink, etc. It was bad. I went back to the front desk and requested a new room. After waiting in line, the hotel obliged and gave us a new room. I took the new key, went to the new room and this key did not work either. I went back to the front desk they reset the key and it finally worked. When I went in the new room all three beds were unmade and had been slept in. All the pillows were on the floor. A chair was blocking the door. There was trash and alcohol bottles everywhere. I walked down the hall to another room where I found a cleaning person working and told him about the state of the room and he said it wasn’t his job to clean that room. I then went back to the front desk where the attendant stated that nobody else was having problems with any of the rooms, and he didn’t understand why I was complaining. I showed him the photos and he said I couldn’t stay there and he would get me a room at a different hotel.
