Leonardo Hotel München City Center

Just few steps from railway station on a quite side road. Good size room for 3 persons (with a child). Bathroom small but beautiful shower. Wooden floors which is why we chose this hotel. Heating not working that well. Breakfast very good. Only one lift for the whole building. Many time and many people obliged to use the stairs because of long waiting times. Lift also used by cleaning staff, putting rubbish into the lift. This should change. Easy underground garage at 21€ a night

Ottima colazione, pulito e bello

Hotel is fine. What I didn’t know that across the street from the hotel are two youth hostels. People where out on the street till at all hours and very loud making it impossible to sleep. At 2:30am I complained to reception. He went across the street to the hostel’s reception. Didn’t do much. The noise continued. Since we were staying 2 nights, the next morning I asked the reception to have my room changed. The hotel did accommodate our wishes. We got a room facing the inside court. If we had known about the hostels, we would have never booked this hotel or at least would have asked for an inside room. The hotel did what they could
