This hotel is in an excellent location if you need to do business at the US Consulate and there are some fantastic restaurants in this neighborhood. It is also easily accessible by the tram system.

Great location but noisy alottle bit. Toilets was big problem, you can see through the glass door in toilet.

Tv not working, WiFi not working, a lot of noise ,,, can’t sleep until 5 am because of night club downstairs, No coffee welcome locked box not working for keep my expensive items,,,, 😠😠

I was very upset to learn that the hotel’s website is inaccurate about the airport to hotel transport option. In Morocco taxi cab drivers often try to scam tourists by hiking up the fees once you and your bags are already in the car. This is one of the reasons I chose a hotel that offered this service. However when I called from the airport for the service I was told the website is mistaken and they don’t offer it. I then ended up taking a taxi from the airport where I was quoted one amount before getting in the car and a different amount once we left the airport. Other than that, the staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The bed was rather firm. And the room was overall clean, but dated. Only other issue, was that my room faced the side street and the windows are very thin, so I could hear all of the traffic below. Good location to walk to the cathedral, but very confusing area to navigate if you’re unfamiliar with Casablanca.

The room didn't seem ready. Coffee machine but no coffee. Shampoo dispenser with no shampoo. Toilet room was not clean. Breakfast was good. Staff helped us with parking and our bags in the rain. It is noisy from the street but that didn't bother me. Restaurant in the hotel was convenient when it was pouring and all restaurants were closed. Food and service were good. Overall though cannot recommend.

Great courteous helpful staff, room was perfect and quiet, couldn’t hear any outside noise, amazing. Two great bars.

overall very decent and room - comfortable enough. despite minor annoyances like no bottled water in the room (and tap water is disgusting), a coffe machine is there but no coffee... also the rooftop is great.

Hotel was accommodating , hotel restaurant was very convenient and delicious. Not much of a gym (2 workout machines in a very enclosed space). Very noisy during the day; seemed as if they were doing construction above my room during day light hours. The roof lounge area also very convenient if you’d like to take in an great ombience and a cocktail. The only downside is the noise if you decide to open the balcony at night or from traffic in the day. My main issue was the smell of smoke in my room(I reserved a non smoking room). When I bought the issue to the attention of the staff they stated that the rooms are both non smoking and smoking, “due as you please”. The hotel staff did say he would tell room service to spray the room; however that did not do very much. To conclude I would not stay here again. Hotel staff was great. Room services were poor. Restaurant and lounge was good.
