Casa Loma Inn

It was very disappointing for us. When we reached they gave me standard room without kitchenatte instead of the Room the room which I booked and paid full amount. They said they don't have the availability of those rooms and asked me to stay in standard room and will be shifted to my booked room next day. That was so disappointing and unprofessional, they said either i can stay in the available room or get a full refund which i couldn't as i was traveling with small kid so i had no choice. When I complained about this to Hotels.com they offered me a cheap refund of 10$ for that night, it felt like they are making fun of my inconvenience. Coming back to the room review.. huh again disappointment as it was so small, old, smelling like hell and we felt disgusted as we paid higher amount for lower grade room. Next day we got the room which I booked, it was okay but i had to pack and move all my luggage myself from 1st floor to 3rd floor and hotel didn't have elevator. The room was better than standard room but not worth the money.

Overall a decent place to stay,. Helpful staff. Rooms do need a little updating though. Older hotel.

Was pretty disappointed. TV didn’t work, shower had very little to no water pressure and floors were pretty dirty. This was a last minute stay but I would not recommend to anyone else

At a first glance, this hotel seems good. But when you look a little closer, there's a ton of issues all over the place, especially about the cleanness and hotel condition. There was holes in the bathroom, stains on towels and a lot of things that don't work properly, like the shower head. Also, the maintenance is minimal, below expectations. They didn't clean anything, except the floor 1 time, during our 1 week vacation. They only change towels, add soap, etc. One good thing is that we got the chairs on the beach free of charge the for week. But, the guy only installed them half of the days we were there. So all in all, it was disappointing without being terrible. I was not expecting a luxury vacation, but it was below expectation.

Its an old building but very well kept up. They have updated some over the last few years. Its a great location on the beach. There is no better value.
