Easy check in, clean room, ac working properly (make sure to turn on AC switch, we had to use a chair to reach it. Once AC is on you can control it with AC remote. Bed was also very comfortable. I would stay again if I needed to be lose to downtown.

It sounded like there was a gym above my room. When I turned on the shower, the spray wand was turned on and doused me with cold water. I switched it to shower but when they cleaned the room, they switched it back and I got the cold water shock treatment again. They need to tell the room service about this problem

This hotel is close to the Metro station - takes you out to Santa Monica Pier with a $7 Tap Card. Close to Staples Center and LA Live and lots of great places to eat. Love the O Hotel.

The O Hotel was comfortable and clean, reasonably priced, and within easy walking distance of the Los Angeles Convention Center. I would definitely recommend it to anyone attending a conference in LA.

This hotel was a decent value in terms of the other quite pricey options in the area. Upon check-in however, we were told there is a nightclub next door that we might be able to hear the music from. We were on the 3rd floor, and we could definitely hear the music, all the way until 2 am. If you are looking for a decent boutique hotel in downtown LA and are going to be out most of the night, this hotel will be fine. But if you are on business, with family, or need to get a good night's sleep, you may want to look elsewhere. The hallways were also quite dark, which would have made me uncomfortable had I been traveling alone.
