It was really complicated and slow to access the room and front door - an App with BlueTooth or Near Field would be much better and safer for women. The room is tiny, the bathroom far too small (a large person wouldn't fit on the toilet or be able to sqeeze into the shower), as is the bed - the design is not making the most of the space - barely enough for one [thin] person. There is no table to sit and eat at, or work at. The chairs are very uncomfortable and without cushions - a comfy sofa would be much better. There is no recycling and the kitchen is inadequately stocked (a few more plates, glasses and cutlery, with sharp knives would be good). All in all: done on the cheap without thinking about customer comfort and way overpriced.
