Verdanza Hotel San Juan

Excellent Hotel, good place to stay.

It was an amazing experience. The view of the planes landing was entertaining. I will recommend to anyone who would like to visit Puerto Rico to stay in this facility. Parking was the download. Most of the hotels that I visit, the parking is free with stay. All alround 👍👍

The location is great. The service could improve. My flight was delayed and was calling to notify them, I called several times in between flights and the phone wasn’t answered. When they finally answered they were helpful, but it took several hours of me calling when I could for them to answer. The beds were ok, but not the best. The bathroom could really use some remodeling. I think that was the worse. The pool area is good. The coffee shop had great service. The hotel was clean.

The location was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops which were all within 5-15 minutes walking distance and although it was a very busy area, it felt very safe. The airport was only 10 minutes away by car. We liked the hotel except that the bed was pretty firm and the pillows very flat. The hot tub jets weren't working but the water was nice and hot and it was a very large jacuzzi.
