This was my 2nd stay and it was very unpleasant. During my first visit, I forgot my Chanel makeup bag and medication at the hotel. When I booked again two days later, called ahead to request my items upon arrival, but they were locked away and unavailable. In the morning, there was no note left for the next shift, so I had to explain everything again. It took 40 minutes to locate my belongings, despite my urgency for a business meeting.
All this time, I asked to see the manager, but the receptionist insisted no one was available. Then they even said, “Do you get what I am telling you?” and even raised his voice at me. Eventually, I did managed to meet with the GM, who apologized, but overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
