The room was nice, but the hotel was a bit noisy. We heard all The noises from the corridor, and also the bells of the church at the night. Sightseeings, good shopping places and restaurants were nearby. We booked a room for four persons, but when we came to the hotel there was two beds only. There was a sofa-bed for two also, but the hotel hadn't made beds for us, so we had to make two beds by ourselves. The bed sheet had some stains and the pillow was really high and big on every bed. In the hotel room there was a carpeting all over the floor and it was stinky and stained. We had just a couple of little toilet paper rolls on our toilet, and they run off halfway of our visit. We asked the hotel to bring us more toilet paper, and they promised us to bring some, but they never bring any. Our reservation contained breakfast, but we didn't get any information before about where was the restaurant. There should be some kind of info on the room about breakfast and cleaning practicalities. There was no cleaning on the room at all during our visit, and we were not informed about that before or during our stay. Also there was a 550m walk to the breakfast restaurant, but the hotel staff told us it was "next door" when asking. There was no hotel staff or reception on the hotel, but the chat worked quite well with hotel staff. They replied to our messages in few hours usually, but we didn't get enough information about hotel practicalities beforehand.
